Return Information

All sales with orders that placed on 88YUNGPLUG webtore, instagram, whatsapp and any other related platform are all FINAL, We source our products for your specific needs. Therefore we do not accept a returns, refund or exchange. Please read our backorder’s products estimate waiting times policy. However, if we wrongly send your package example mistakes in sizes, colors, model, we do provide 48 hours return notice after the package delivered. After 48 hours given times, we will no longer accept any returns, refund or exchange.

Return Policy

Returns only apply to new and regular price items. For sales items and pre owned items are not eligible for returns.
If under any circumstances that an item has to be returns, the return goods must be in new / unused, complete set, not damage ( including all accessories ) and in the same condition that you received it. Any items that not in its original condition, having missing accessories or damaged parts ( including shoe box ) that not our error are not covered under 88YUNGPLUG return policy.
To complete your return, we required a receipt or proof of purchase as well as photos of the items.
To return your products, you should mail it to :

Refund Policy

Once we received your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item. It generally takes 2-3 business days for this process.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
88YUNGPLUG reserves the rights not to disclose the reasons for unsuccessful returns or refunds or exchanges and to reject any claims from fraudulent users.
88YUNGPLUG reserves the rights to reject any claims from users who exhibit abusive behaviour or suspected for fraudulent conduct.
If you haven’t received your refund within 21 business days, do check your bank account or contact your payment issuer company. It may takes some times before your refund successfully credited into your account.

Exchange Policy

We only replace an item if they are damaged or incorrect items.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning a products, shipping cost are non refundable. Please make sure the return packages are sent with a trackable and insured service. 88YUNGPLUG not responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
