Shipping Policy

For domestic orders, processing and verification times range from same day to up to 3 business days.
Up to 7 business days for For international orders.

Additional time may require during holiday & promotions period. You will receive an email tracking information once your order shipped.

For backorder orders, it generally takes 14-20 business days.

For shipping outside of Malaysia, it may takes estimated 3-20 business days depending on the courier service.

We try to find the most appropriate shipping method based on your destination.

For international buyer, you are responsible for paying all customs, duties, taxes and any other related fees in addition to the international shipping charges, you will be solely responsible for compliance with all customs requirements on import.

There are circumstances that are out of our control such as like natural disaster , war , weather and etc that may cause shipment postponement or delays that the logistic partners may experience, it may take longer to reach you.

Please keep track of your package by clicking on your tracking number under “track my order “ page or email.

Make sure the address is correct. If courier service tried to delivery your package without success, please do contact your local courier service to set up the delivery.

For unsuccessful delivery, unclaimed or returned package to us, we will charge for necessary required shipping fees for delivery to you again.

All orders must be signed for upon delivery.
We are not responsible for any lost or incorrect address shipments if we packed and shipped your order correctly according to your shipment details. Please communicate with the courier service directly.

 

Lost or Damaged Goods

In terms of product(s) damage or loss in transit, we will try our best to help communicate with the courier companies and get available compensation for you offered by the courier companies, while we will not be responsible for any of the above if we correctly packed and shipped your orders to your order address.


For high value orders, we strongly recommend you to contact us prior to discussing shipping insurance options. It is the buyers’ responsibility to insure any packages at their own cost.
