NOTE:
International customers are responsible for any additional fees or customs and duties after the item has been shipped.
We will do our best to protect our international customers from receiving such fees but cannot guarantee any unexpected expenses incurred.
All orders must be signed for upon delivery.
Unclaimed Package
In Malaysia
7 days are allocated for you to claim your package at the delivery point. If you do not claim your order within that time, it will be returned to us. All customers with orders that come back to us unclaimed will be billed 20.00 MYR for postage and administrative fees.
Outside Malaysia
DHL will attempt to deliver your order two times. Please keep track of your package by clicking on your tracking number under “Order Tracking” page or email. If it says that DHL has tried to deliver to you without success please contact your local DHL office to help them to set up the delivery. For non-received packets buyer will have to pay for extra charge for shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Goods
You understand and agree that 88YUNGPLUG shall not bear any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services that we provided. All items purchased are at your own risk. Any damages caused by the shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. We shall not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
Please note: We may ask you for further documentation as proof of identification before we process your order. Without this information we maybe unable to move forward with your order until this has been provided.
