Shipping Policy

Processing speeds vary, while most orders are prepared for shipping on the same day (if orders are placed by 4pm) or the following business day after it has been placed (except for pre-orders and mystery box orders).


For domestic orders, processing and verification times range from same day to up to 3 business days for an order to ship. 
Additional time may be required during public holidays or promotion periods.

All orders must be signed for upon delivery.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays once we packed and shipped your order correctly. Please communicate with courier services directly in case of delay, as once the parcels are picked up by couriers, it will be out of our control.


Unclaimed Package

In Malaysia
7 days are allocated for you to claim your package at the delivery point. If you do not claim your order within that time, it will be returned to us. All customers with orders that come back to us unclaimed will be billed 20.00 MYR for postage and administrative fees.


Outside Malaysia
DHL will attempt to deliver your order two times. Please keep track of your package by clicking on your tracking number under “Order Tracking” page or email. If it says that DHL has tried to deliver to you without success please contact your local DHL office to help them to set up the delivery. For non-received packets buyer will have to pay for extra charge for shipping fees.


Lost or Damaged Goods

In terms of product(s) damage or loss in transit, we will try our best to help communicate with the courier companies and get available compensation for you offered by the courier companies, while we will not be responsible for any of the above if we correctly packed and shipped your orders to your order address.

For high value orders, we strongly recommend you to contact us prior to discussing shipping insurance options. It is the buyers’ responsibility to insure any packages at their own cost.
